The Arthouse

The Arthouse, developed by Aldar Properties, will be a landmark residential project on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi. This architectural marvel will boast interiors by acclaimed design firm DiLeonardo. The project will aim for a 3 Pearl Estidama rating and a 2-star Fitwel rating, embodying eco-friendly design principles and fostering healthy living environments.

The development will offer a diverse range of residences, including 1-3 bedroom apartments and two exclusive 5-bedroom duplex sky villas. Each unit will feature branded Italian kitchens and wardrobes, with two interior design schemes to choose from – light and warm. Apartments will range from 1,023 sq. ft to 13,864 sq. ft, with select units offering maid’s rooms or studies.
